[Mailman Site List] 1.1 of mod_mp3 released

Hi!

Here are the changes:
Added support for dispatchers to save content as well as meta data
MySQL dispatch updated to store content
Updated MySQL dispatch to use 4.1's binary protocol
Added support for RSS2
Added support for podcast style elements to RSS2 feed
Fixed Debian issue with installer.
