newbie question

Trying to understand and use mod_mp3 here so please bear with me.

I'v got redhat linux, php and apache 1.3.26
I'v installed mod_mp3 and it loads fine (phpinfo reports mod_mp3 as a loaded 
module).

Do I have to put anying special in the html file? or is it as simple as 
putting MP3 /var/www/allmymp3s in the Vitual Host section of the httpd.conf 
file and putting all my mp3 files in the /var/www/allmymp3s directory on the 
server; and putting a html link to that file?

I have a number of clients connecting to my server and wanting to access the 
same mp3 file simultaneously and need the mp3 file to be streamed out so 
that the clients need not wait for the download to complete.  The clients do 
not need to to be synchronized and can be listening to different parts of 
the mp3 file.

Is this possible?
