Re: buildbot failure in on mod_perl_2_trunk

Due to the current ci.apache.org being turned off at the end of this month, I=
 have moved this job over to ci2.apache.org.

The new host may now not have everything needed, so please do file a new INFR=
A jira and I'll help get it passing again.
