Hi folks, we moved the httpd Perl test suite (based on Apache::Test) to 
from SVN to a Github r/w master. It would be useful to have a Git 
(read-only) mirror of https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/perl/Apache-Test 
so we can import this via git. Equivalent to the r/o mirror at 
https://github.com/apache/mod_perl for mod_perl itself.

Any objection if I ask Infra to set that up? If not, any preference on 
the repo name? https://github.com/apache/Apache-Test ... 
https://github.com/apache/perl-Apache-Test ?
