1. Problem Description:

Handler configuration:
Only a PerlResponseHandler is explicitly provided in the configuration.
Other handlers are those provided per default.

Assume an HTTP-request allowing gzipped content (Accept-Encoding: gzip).

A problem occurs if the PerlResponseHandler sets Vary-header to '*'.
In this case, the later Handler responsible for gzipping will append the
token 'Accept-Encoding' to the Vary-header.

The result is:

    Vary: *,Accept-Encoding

The result should be:

    Vary: *

Because RFC 2616 says:

    Vary  = "Vary" ":" ( "*" | 1#field-name )
