Tested on Windows 7-64bit with VC2010, Activestate Perl 5.10.1 Build 1007
(32 bit) and Apache 2.17 (32 bit) from Apachelounge.

  Failed 2/242 test programs. 7/2429 subtests failed.

Real live test show no problems but I will do some more test to make sure.
