I had trouble getting DateTime::Format::Pg working a long time ago,
so I gave up and just made sure that PostgreSQL was defaulted to ISO
date format (everything should be these days anyway), which I hope
will provide a temporary work-around until you can get the Pg module
working properly as DateTime.pm seems to handle YYYY-MM-DD without
any trouble at all -- it depends on what you need it for though.
