Looks like mixing of different installations. To ensure a clean separation of Solaris' installations from yours, compile perl, apache, mod_perl and other required packages, and install them in /usr/local. I'd use the "-L" and "-R" flags to lock the paths to /usr/local/lib and other local lib locations, something that has worked for me for many years.
