How to replace non aschii character and replace with blank space

Hi All,

 

This group has help me a lot to understand lots of things.

 

I am facing one issue in my perl assignment. 

 

I have to replace some non ascii character from a string with a blank
character if non ascii character found in that string.

 

 

Please help me with some code.
