New Windows mod_perl binaries available for Perl 5.18.1

For those who are interested, I have uploaded binary 64-bit builds of
mod_perl-2.0.8 and libapreq2-2.13 components compatible with Apache
Lounge 2.2.25 Build 29 June 2013 (win64) and each of:

* ActivePerl 5.18.1 Build 1800 (x64)
* Strawberry Perl 5.18.1 Build 1 (64bit)

PS. I have not made 32-bit builds this time because ActivePerl and
Strawberry Perl 5.18.1 are both now built with 64-bit integers, which
is binary-incompatible with the 32-bit integers in Apache Lounge's
Win32 build.
