Can't even start tests...
waiting 120 seconds for server to start: .httpd: Syntax error on line 13
of /tmp/mod_perl-2.0.8/t/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load
/tmp/mod_perl-2.0.8/src/modules/perl/mod_perl.so into server:
