Hi.
First, it will probably save a lot of questioning (and time) later, if you tell us right 
away :
- on which platform/OS this is running
- what version of Apache you are using
- what version of Perl
- what version of mod_perl

and then, what configuration of Apache you are using (pre-fork, threaded, ..?)

All of that is likely to matter to the people that would try to help you.
