I hope to add dmake support in the nearish future, but in the meantime one has to build with Visual C++/nmake (preferably (or maybe *necessarily*? I'm not sure) with an old VC that links against the old unversioned msvcrt.dll for compatibility with gcc binaries). I will make new binaries for 2.0.9 soon, but want to get mod_perl working with Perl 5.22.x first.
