mod_perl developer wanted

Hi, we are looking for a mod_perl expert who can help us, to get our application up an running under Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. We have it running on 10.04 for years without problems, on 14.04 on development systems, but get core dumps at apache startup with 16.04 LTS, either with ubuntu source or self compiled Perl, mod_perl, apache. We don't have the skills to debug this, so we are looking for somebody who will do this. We have a virtual machine, ready setup, accessible from outside, so this could be done from remote.
