Using Apache2, Ruby 1.8.1, mod_ruby 1.1.2 and eRuby 1.0.5 I have not 
yet seen any real problems with requires. I have required files 
requiring files in various directories and all seems to work.

The only annoyance I have experienced is that often changing a library 
and reloading a page doesn't cause the changes to take effect...I have 
to restart apache to get mod_ruby to load in the new version. This is a 
bit of a pain for development (and probably could be avoided using 
'load' rather than 'require') but doesn't look like any kind of a 
show-stopper.
