mod_ruby hosting

Hi,

I've been developing a site on my home machine using mod_ruby for the
last month or so and would now like to get it hosted somewhere.

During the development of the site I've found that I'm restarting the
server regularly so that the code changes I've made are loaded by the
server. How is this usually handled in a hosted environment? Virtual
servers or Virtual machines? Or is a dedicated server usually required?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a host that provides mod_ruby?
