Hello David,

I have mixed experience with mod_ruby under windows. I don't know
whether you got already that far, but it is no easy experience to
compile mod_ruby under windows (unless you are using Microsuck VC++,
which I don't want to try).

Once you get it running, I would like to know whether mod_ruby scripts
can access the network on your installation, see earlier thread:
ruby-1.8.1 win2k apache2: mod_ruby shuts off network connections.

The thread will point you to binaries; but the binaries exhibit the
mentioned problems.

So not all is well, but there is certainly a need for a stable build and
I would love to help build one. But of course I don't know whether you
have that kind of time, since I haven't, really ,)

Best regards,
kaspar
