I have to set up a series of mod_security instances which, in addition to a series of basic rules, must be able to run a challenge page, in the event of a major DDoS attack, in order to filter all automatic traffic. Has anyone done something like this before or can point me to online resources to do it? Thanks Luke --000000000000d76ec305fbf9c4c4 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <div dir=3D"ltr">Javascript / Challenge page

Good morning,
I intr= oduce myself, I'm new to the list.
i'm a university student who= has to take care of the security inside the campus.
I have to set up a = series of mod_security instances which, in addition to a series of basic ru= les, must be able to run a challenge page, in the event of a major DDoS att= ack, in order to filter all automatic traffic.
Has anyone done something= like this before or can point me to online resources to do it?

Than= ks
Luke

--000000000000d76ec305fbf9c4c4-- --===============4655235540966146604== Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Disposition: inline --===============4655235540966146604== Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Disposition: inline _______________________________________________ mod-security-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/mod-security-users Commercial ModSecurity Rules and Support from Trustwave's SpiderLabs: http://www.modsecurity.org/projects/commercial/rules/ http://www.modsecurity.org/projects/commercial/support/ --===============4655235540966146604==--
