I think the question was:
Can I do something like this:
* A two-page survey
* CHECKKEY="no" in the first page
* CHECKKEY="no" in the lastpage

I think you can't. The last page needs to have CHECKKEY="yes" otherwise
you'll get an error. I'm not sure about the reason of this. I can look
for it.
