problem with PerlSendHeader and authentication

Hi all,
	 yesterday I have updated mod_survey by cvs but now where is a problem 
with authentication and PerlSendHeader:
if PerlSendHeader is set to On authentication work but survey isn't 
displayed, if PerlSendHeader is set to Off survey work but if 
authentication is required produce an Error 200 with this output:

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the 
document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., 
bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the 
credentials required.

All this running Apache 2.0.53-5 and mod_perl 1.999.21-1

Any suggestion?
