Hi:

Sorry for my delayed response.

I am using version 3.2.2 (stable).

I am using the formal theme, and I am using Firefox (also happens with Explorer).

I have changed the colour and specified an h1 tag in the formal.css.

I would put in a screen capture to show you, but cant to this board.
