Hi, This question concerns multi-page conditionally-routed surveys with CHECKKEY="no" on all pages except the single final page The issue arises when someone visits a survey page with a MUSTANSWER="yes" question, doesn't submit, goes back, changes an earlier answer, then follows a different route to the final page. They are then told of a Submit Error and are asked to complete the MUSTANSWER question which they have seen but not answered. What needs to be altered so that they are able to complete the survey under such circumstances? One solution is to have multiple final pages, but that is advised against. The issue can be illustrated by reference to the case survey in the sample routing examples. Insert MUSTANSWER="yes" in the question in boss.survey. Then do the following: Select "boss" in case.survey and submit; press "back" when boss.survey appears; change to "worker" in case.survey and submit; submit in worker.survey; can't submit in case-final.survey! Your help is much appreciated. Best wishes, Paul Rosenberg Frontwire Ltd UK Tel: +44 (0)845 644 4365 Skickat av Paul Rosenberg <[email protected]> till survey-discussion
