Probably Bug in version 3.2.2 (stable)

I tried in both Mozilla and IE but, when you set a field as MUSTANSWER="yes" and
you don't select it or fill it as you submit the data you receive the SUBMIT
ERROR and so far no problem, then you go back with the browser, you fill that
field, then you submit...at this point pretend you have another MUSTANSWER="yes"
field, so you get another SUBMIT ERROR, you go back in the browser once more to
fill the other field and at this point pretend you deselect the first
field...you should have the first submit error again but the system seems to see
that field still selected.
My english sucks i know so if you have any questions on what i just wrote i am
here :-), but I think that this is a bug...
