For a former version (3.2.1 ?) Martin applied some changes on our 
production-server which saved temporary data not only in the 
session-store but also in a second survey-table in the database. 
So we were able to easily access data of the partially filled 
surveys, too. I'm not sure, if these individual changes still 
work for 3.2.3rc2. 

Generally, data of partially filled surveys is available in the 
session-storage. We can think about providing some 
access-functions to this data in the admin- or data-part.
