3.2.3-pre3

I'm releasing another -pre with some minor bugfixes.

Devel release 3.2.3-pre3

* Slask -> pre3
* Give the <form> tag a static name (name="form")
* Better detection of SuSE apache settings
* Better platform detection for mandriva and gentoo
* If using TOKENAUTH, and it fails, display an error message instead of
   a basic_auth password dialog
* Removing some warnings about re-declaration in scope (harmless but 
annoying)
* Updated SPSS export (BugAnt)

I've yet to add some updated translations and do a minor layout polishind 
on the GroupedFrequency export, but apart from that this is probably the 
same as the coming stable 3.2.3.
