I've moved mod_survey to a new location:

   http://www.modsurvey.org

This is a new machine I've placed on a swedish co-location, meaning I can 
do all sorts of interesting stuff there. For example, there is now 
anonymous access to a subversion repository:

   http://www.modsurvey.org/svn

(This is read-only.. Developers should ask me about write-access on 
another URL).
