Language and translations (again)

Seems 3.2.3 has shipped with corrupt language files due to a bug in my 
translation scripts. This means that about 40% of all translated lines 
were accidentally dropped.

I have fixed the bug and rescued the lost translations (by merging from 
old releases) now. If you want to use a functional translation with an 
existing installation, look at:

http://www.modsurvey.org/svn/branches/32x/mod_survey/Lang/

Pick the .sl file for your language and copy it to the Lang directory in 
your installation. Restart apache. Then you should have an up-to-date 
translation.

People who use english are not affected.
