I restored some surveys and data from my production server and it seems to be
working.  Not sure what was wrong with the test system unless maybe the data
really was pre 3.2.0.

I seem to be all set on that front.

Not sure that what I encountered was really a bug.  Given that both mod_survey
and the new webapp-config app at the time were both masked, it didn't seem like
a big issue.  And 1.50.10 is now marked stable, so nobody should run into the
issue if they are keeping things up to date.
