Hi Joel,

That's so obvious that I'm feeling pretty stupid right now.  I had my mind
stuck on the layout being tied to a single CUSTOM field.  Of course the layout
is independent from the survey structure.

Thanks for taking the time to answer this.  And yes, your solution works fine.
