Users' unintentional use of "Enter" causing data loss

Hi all,

I'm having two problems I'm hoping someone here can solve. This is the
second (the first problem was in an ealier message).

I'm running mod_survey version 3.2.2.

If you accidentally hit "Enter" at any point when filling out the survey, it
submits your data. You then likely hit the Back button and see that your
data are still there, so you go ahead and finish completing the survey. And
then you hit Submit. But mod_survey thinks you're trying to vote twice and
so ignores your answers. For my purposes, this is *highly* undesirable. I
don't expect people to fill it out twice and having the user be unaware that
her data are being lost is a much worse situation. I have one record that
contains only a username and nothing else, even though the timestamp
indicates that the respondent spent around the same amt of time completing
the survey as most others.

No luck in the archives on this one either. Anyone have any idea what's
going on?
