Services restored

After the trouble the last two months, the www.modsurvey.org website is 
back up in its proper place (ie, not at my university). I have restored 
the services I intend to restore.

   http://www.modsurvey.org/svn-devel/   (developer subversion access)

The devel access has changed password, so if you need commit access you'll 
need to mail me.

I have dropped the bugzilla support for now. Seeing as how little it was 
used it feels as if it's overkill anyway. I might install it later on if 
needed. Same with nightly builds-- the repository changes so little that 
it's overkill. Use the last stable release instead.

Please report any strangenesses (such as broken links) on the homepage.
