I don't think this has been discussed in any length before, although it might bear some relation to the discussion about validating CSS. I'm mainly interested in seeing a screenshot of how it looks. Do you think you could go to http://gathering.itm.mh.se/mod_survey/ and take a screenshot of one or two of the example.survey files with any theme?
