Another bug in exports, last column in MATRIX

This might be minor code-wise, but might have some influence on data 
analysis: In all versions up until the CVS as of today, all export misses 
the value label of the last column of MATRIX under the condition when the 
MATRIX is placed on any page but the last in a survey chain. Single-page 
surveys are not affected, nor surveys where MATRIX is only on the last 
page.

If using value labels they would be empty or malformed, something which an 
analyst might interpret as a system-missing value.

If not exporting value labels, the correct value was exported.

As said, this is fixed in the current CVS along with a number of minor 
bugfixes (mainly style/visual) in exports.
