Progressbar

ok,
here is a patch on Display.pm for the progress bar. 
It's mainly one sub.

As discribed yesterday, the PROGRES parameter of SURVEY tag contains the 
progress information: PROGES="questionsLeft/Maxwidth".

To display a progressbar, a variable <!--%progress%--> can be used inside a
survey file.
It get's a value between 0 (first page) and Maxwidth (last page).

There's also a script included which should calculate the progress
information
and insert it into the files.

At the moment, I can't provide a demo survey, because we did some
modifications
concerning the authentication on the server.
But a sample Survey is included (Joel's routing examples connected together
;-)
