I've put the following on the Todo.txt file in CVS:
* Randomization
---------------
* Randomize order within all aggregate blocks (MATRIX, CHOICE, LIST),
including db-generated (DB*ELEMENT)
* Random selection (ie display a pick) of questions within a page.
* Random route
