Error Mod_survey insert squence of '999' values

Hi to all,

I developed an online questionnaire with mod_survey tag v3.2.0 (stable).It 
seems every once in a while to post a '999' value in almost every field of a 
random record, not considering what the user really posted.
Is it a new bug or you already heard about the same problem before?Is it a bug 
that has been fixed in the newer version?
