Ping and win32 support.

This list has been migrated to a new machine...  So this is a test of 
that as well as....

The Wackamole CVS version now sports Windows support.  Anyone dying to 
try this stuff our for highly available Windows servers is welcome to 
give her a spin.  Many thanks to Wez Furlong and OmniTI for the 
contribution.
