Retrieval of historical access logs removed by logrotate

Hi,

We have a bugzilla instance that is hosted on http server. The logrotate
configuration of the server is set for the default 4 weeks and old logs
were removed on a weekly basis. Is there a possibility to recover the
historical logs deleted by logrotate. Any help would be appreciated
