Bruce, your post was literally hours ago; anyway, this mailing isn't the
best medium to look for a freelancer.  If you have specific questions about
httpd or DNS, you can just ask them directly, and we'll do our best to help.

As for laravel, they have their own dedicated help venues that would be
more efficient to seek help in.
