[Sandesha2] error message "faulty module"

Hi,

I installed Axis2 1.3 and Sandesha2 1.3 on a Win XP computer and
followed the instructions of the Sandesha User Guide to install the
Sandesha2 module. When I list all available modules using the Axis2 web
interface, the error message "faulty module" appears for the sandesha2
module. For Axis2 1.2 and Sandesha2 1.2, I don't get this error message.

Any hint how to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.
