There were a few examples on the web, but most used much older xmlrpc API's or were incomplete examples. The intent of this page is to provide a more complete starting point for a beginner with XML-RPC and less to go wrong. This code originated on a linux system, using Java 1.5, Maven 2.2.0 and NetBeans 6.5 running apache-tomcat-6.0.16
