wsdl2java for apache tuscany

Hi,
I have an Apache tuscany native services exposed and I 'd like to access
them thru a java client.

I cant seem to get a wsdl2java jar to jelp generate a java client code to
access this service.

How do I get this jar. I know its suppose to be in the class
org.apache.tuscany.tools.wsdl2java.generate.WSDL2JavaGenerator.
