Stepping down as PMC chair

Dear WS folks,
It's been a wild ride since WS PMC inception in 2003 as the PMC chair.
I'd like to step down from this role now.

Dear PMC folks,
Please start the process for nominations for a new PMC chair followed
by a VOTE.  FYI, There's a board meeting every month (typically the
3rd week). We'd need to draft a resolution and sent it in time for a
scheduled board meeting.
