yes but it is in maintenance mode. so far i am the most active 
maintainer and i try to periodically apply patches and fix issues (the 
best way is to record issues in jira, so they do not get lost in mail 
archives, and if you have  patches then i will review and apply them) 
however general wsif-dev should be used for more technical / future 
development discussion.
