What would it take to create a 2.0.1 release?

There has not been a new release of WSIF for 3 years.  Can't we get one
based on latest source?

The nightly build link doesn't go to WSIF nightly builds.  The links on
the page seem to be mostly

broken since the apache site re-org a couple months ago.

It would go a long way to dispel the general feeling that WSIF is dead
to have a release even if

it was marked as alpha or something.
