Not hearing from anyone else, I convinced /myself/ that
Amanda::Script::Abstract is the better name, so I have amended
the git history to make it so (cleaner than making such a change
after pushing to github).

Do I need to do anything with MESSAGE-SELFCHECK-JSON,
MESSAGE-ESTIMATE-JSON, MESSAGE-BACKUP-JSON, MESSAGE-RESTORE-JSON,
MESSAGE-VALIDATE-JSON, MESSAGE-INDEX-JSON, or DISCOVER at this point?
