I hate to ping like this when I have nothing to add, but I've made no
headway on this issue and I'm not aware of any kind of upstream bug
tracking system I should be using to file tickets.  I can of course file
a Fedora bug but that would just end up back in my mailbox.

I'm happy to try to debug this issue but I just don't know how.
