Well, I wouldn't say it was dead, I just downloaded the tar.gz of 
community edition 3.5.3, released on the 2nd of may 2023 from the betsol 
links.  Unfortunately I have no backups at all since every piece of 
seagates spinning rust puked on me 2 years ago, all in about a weeks 
period. The 2nd one to go was the 2T I was using with amanda, so I lost 
everything. Spinning rust still exists here but its a very small 
percentage as I went on a rampage and a good share of the storage here 
is now Samsung 1T SSD's in a raid 10 profile. 9 machines total, and 5 of 
them are arm64's running on 64Gig micro-sd cards.

That has occupied the majority of the mobo and a separate cards sata 
ports, and has been boringly dependable. So if I ever configure amanda 
here, it will likely be on yet another mobo with software raid as its 
only job. I'm finding that generally speaking the pi's and wanna be pi's 
are quite capable with uptimes from powr failure to power failure. I've 
been collecting 900 WA ups's and they so far have had enough capacity to 
keep a bpi m5 running and driving a 3d printer long enough the 20kw 
kohler took over which takes about 7 seconds,  Thats good enough for the 
girls I've gone with. At 88, and now alone, thats probably all of them.
