Darren is right about the behavior of the "^V" quotes on Acorn.

I also realized the quoting code, which is missing on Amiga, CMSMVS,
FlexOS, Human68k, MS-DOS, Theos, Win32 and WinCE, is supposed to be
there. It is supposed at least to translate '/' to '_'.
Then I noticed that the VMS code that I "fixed", does not set the
"quote" variable to TRUE anywhere, so the fix is futile (and the old
code was broken, too...)

So, if Christian agrees, I will make an "unz551e" release, probably by
this weekend. I will incorporate Darren's patches, I will add quoting
code on MS-DOS and Windows, and I will revert the VMS code to what
used to be in unz551c. I don't plan to make fixes anywhere else, because
I cannot run tests. If one wants CMSVMS, FlexOS, H68k, Theos and VMS
fixed, then one has to provide me the fixes.

Meanwhile, I will appreciate your testing on AosVS, Atari, BeOS, MacOS,
Novell, OS/2, QDOS, Tandem, and Unix. These ports are supposed to work.
