Re: unzip-5.51d (and 5.51e announcement [fwd])

There are a few small changes that I propose to apply to unzip-5.51e.

One is about the win32 makefile for MSVC6; the others are documentation
updates: "History.551" and "INSTALL".

The current win32/Makefile does not work out of the box with zlib;
neither with 1.1.4 and earlier, nor with 1.2.1 and later. Since the
release of zlib-1.2.1, the win32 interface has changed, and I adapted
the makefile to work with it; a few changes are necessary to make it
work with the older zlib. In zlib-1.2.1, the names of the libraries
are "zlib.lib" (the static lib) and "zdll.lib" (the import lib), and
they use the dynamic CRTL (MSVCRT.DLL) by default.

Another change is in the "clean" target. The current one works properly
only on the NT-based systems, so I had to dumb it down to the level of
the dumberer "del" from Win9x.

The other change is the addition of the linker flag "-opt:nowin98" to
unzipsfx.exe and SFXWiz32.exe, which triggers a tighter alignment and
yields a smaller executable.


The rest of the changes are about documentation. The INSTALL file does
not mention DATE_SEPCHAR; I updated that. Also, I suggest to write about
the quoting removal in the change log, in the "features added/removed"
section.
